I love the new mats they installed. A very grounding , centering art form that makes you sweat.

Masks and social distancing allow us to continue our classes. We are both in-person with COVID safety guidelines and also online.

This beautiful dojo feels like a sanctuary. Elite instruction and a welcoming feel. I definitely get a good workout too!
