Tj started his business with 2 clients after leaving a full time position as a trainer at Prime Fitness. He wanted to help people reach their goals on their terms, without having the set rules of a corporate gym. What makes T Force unique is TJ Atwater himself. He's dedicated to his clients and is client-promoting vs self-promoting. He currently shares gym space with friend, Tia Monahan at Revision Fitness in Auburn

From adult boot camp 5 days a week, youth speed and agility class 5 days a week (December-August), as well as personal training one-to-one style Our goal is to meet you at whichever level you're at, and help empower you too be the greatest version of you!
