I originally intended to pursue physical therapy but decided I wanted to take my career in a different direction. While I enjoy training athletes of all kinds I brought my passion for healing with me and employ many therapy based exercises and methods to help you become pain-free and strong.

At StrongPoints Fitness I strive to tailor your training program to suit your needs. My main focuses are weight loss, physical therapy rehab, body building and physique training, and nutritional coaching. I have certifications as a TRX Trainer, Kettlebell coach, Olympic weightlifting coach and strength coach and over seven years of experience in the fitness industry.
