Terry and Sue started the business in a 800 square foot room, rolling the bagels by hand and boiling them in 4 pots on top of a stove. They moved to the present location and changed with the technology. They are still working but their daughter is the heir apparent.

With over 20 kinds of made from scratch bagels, and 13 flavors of cream cheese, the possibilities are endless. We offer bagelwiches, espresso, and much more. Come and try our traditional gelato, again made by us.
