The Shafer Baillie Mansion, a magnificent historic residence on Seattle's original Millionaires Row, began offering bed and breakfast accommodations and event rentals in 1987. Current owners Ana Lena Melka and Mark Mayhle purchased the property in 2005 and have completely restored and updated the interior and exterior. With 8 guest rooms and suites (each with private bath) and both inside and outside party and event spaces, we are ready for another century of Seattle memories. Just a block from Volunteer Park, the crown jewel of the Seattle Parks system, you will be a short walk from restaurants and shops on Broadway, or even closer to the business district on 15th Avenue East.
