Dr. Grethlein walks alongside her patients and their loved ones, and it is her responsibility to bring all the needed resources — often things that the patient may not even know will be helpful. To do this well, Dr. Grethlein needs to get to know each patient as an individual — and that is where she finds a lot of the joy in her work."
