Formed in 1961, the Progress Center serves young children with developmental delay or disability from birth to 3 years of age. Located in Longview, Wash., it offers assistance with education, information, support and therapy services. The center provides various programs, such as developmental screening, Tracking Learning Children (TLC), supervised visits and outpatient therapy services. This includes behavioral assessments, research on infant/toddler brain development and physical /communication/occupational therapy, among others. The Progress Center is a Level 1 Neuromuscular Clinic under the guidelines of the State of Washington's Children with Special Health Care Needs.
