Our head trainer Clay has been coaching and training people for several years. In 2013 he started turning his knowledge and experience into certifications so that he could help others achieve their goals as a certified Personal Trainer.
Specialties
We specialize in in-home Personal Training, small group training for companies and other organizations, weight loss and nutritional advising, and sports-specific training for adults and youth. Finding ways to make working out fun and interesting is also our strong suit!
