I've been in the fitness industry for 13 years, training a wide variety of clients. My philosophy is based around developing a strong body as well as a strong mind. Strength is the foundation of longevity and preserving that, as well as optimizing hormones and mental health, can increase the quality of life and make it enjoyable. I received my bachelors degree in Kinesiology at Western Washington University in 2017. I've got a background in athletics with 16 years of competitive ice hockey, lacrosse, track and field, basketball and soccer. I started strength training at 12 years old and once I saw how much it improved my performance in my sports, I never stopped and made it part of my life. My goal is to educate my clients and emphasize correct form and progressive overload, as well as innovation and enjoyment.
