Northwest Cross Fit is a specialized gym that caters to those individuals who want to take their fitness to another level. With this spot in the rear of the H-Squared business lot and their three-year location down in Greenlake, Northwest Cross Fit is able to provide personal training and general physical preparedness to a diverse mixture of athletes with backgrounds ranging from marathon runners to triathletes to downhill skiers. Each client who comes in is put through a high-intensity workout that varies weekly (or even daily). Memberships can be purchased in three-month batches or yearly.
