History
Like most small computer businesses, PC Assist began as a paid hobby. Started near Seattle, WA., the business provided computer repair services and sales of DOS and Windows based computer systems. A few years later other services were added, including website development, custom application programming, and the sale of refurbished computer hardware. In 1998 we made our first international computer system sale. Early in 2001 the company name was changed to PC Assist Northwest to express our desire to provide services outside our local region. Within the last five years, we have aimed to provide total-care services with a focus on business to business services. To that end, we network with other businesses such as website development and graphic arts professionals, to provide our customers with a well-rounded full service and custom solution for their business. We provide excellent customer service with a focus on helping you solve your computer problems, one BIT at a time.

PC Assist Northwest provides hardware and software sales and services to small businesses in the Puget Sound region. We specialize in working FOR and WITH our clients in plain, non-technical language, and in providing quick, expert customer service from one business professional to another. Our services include wired and wireless network setup and configuration, Windows setup and configuration, custom electronic forms / MS Office programming, website development and updates, internet services such as email accounts and blogs, and customer purchase assistance.
