A beautiful high-end home that had rotten exterior window trim in many areas. Restored to as new condition.

Water damaged cabinet under the kitchen counter restored to functionality with matching flooring and shelves.

Old steps that had rotten fascia needing a refresh. Replaced the fascia, sanded and painted steps, installed new cedar handrails.

The bead board on the attic ceiling had fallen down multiple times. Added new bead board and trim where needed and refastened to last.

Unsafe crawl space entry improved with sturdy, child safe steps to allow easy access.

Installation of safety bollards at a commercial facility.
