The Jail is a facility that is managed by the Okanogan County Sheriff's Office, which is governed by Okanogan County in Washington. The facility houses arrested individuals and uses an electronic fingerprint system, Cross-Match, which provides the electronic transmission of arrest demographics to the Identification and Criminal History Section in Washington. It also offers visitation solutions. The Jail features a courtroom and holding cells. The facility provides educational and literacy services for men and women, as well as awareness, testing and counseling solutions. In addition, its work release programs allow low-risk inmates to maintain employment while holding them accountable for their misconduct.
