After working as a ground man and then a tree climber in his early twenties, Les Edwards decided to strike out and started his own business. It was then, in the mid-eighties, that Lumberjacks was established. Since this time, Les has not only gained precision tree-removal expertise, he has obtained many hours of track-hoe operations experience. Les found that adding a track-hoe to his equipment fleet was the ideal addition for Lumberjacks, and his heavy equipment operation talents are the perfect compliment to his tree skills. He has expanded upon his knowledge in both tree service and excavation services year after year. Closely attending to their many needs and projects, Les has also developed an outstanding rapport with customers and families for decades. He takes the time to listen carefully and answer any questions or concerns, while placing heavy importance on giving customers an informed and clear-cut approach to business deals.
