Low Income Housing Institute, founded in 1991, is a private nonprofit housing organization offering services, such as acquisition, ownership, renovation and ongoing operations of housing for low and very low-income individuals and families. The organization offers various residential services, including intensive case management, resource coordination, life skills workshop, financial literacy and asset building workshops and technology-based education.
