Caitlin has over 15 years of experience working in family law in in Clark County, first as a paralegal and later as an attorney. Throughout her career, Caitlin's primary focus has been on family law. While Caitlin has experience in a range of legal fields, she finds most satisfaction in representing litigants in family law matters. Recognizing that these transitions can be a difficult time for many families, Caitlin strives to assist families in easing conflict whenever possible. Caitlin feels passionately that families and individuals deserve competent, affordable legal services and incorporates these ideals into her practice. She is a skilled negotiator in reaching out of court settlements, as well as being an experienced litigator who regularly takes cases to contested hearings and trials when stronger advocacy is necessary. Caitlin's practice specializes in all aspects of family law including divorce, legal separation, spousal maintenance/alimony, child custody and support, paternity establishment, relocations and nonparent custody/guardianship. In addition to her legal practice, Caitlin serves as a Title 26 Guardian ad Litem who is regularly appointed by the court to perform custody evaluations. Caitlin has provided volunteer legal services for both the Clark County Volunteer Lawyers Program and the YWCA Safechoice Domestic Violence Legal Clinic.
