He randomly shows up. My kids get excited and go out and he stopped and then kept going I had to grab them so they wouldn't get ran over, he was clearly day dreaming while driving!

That moment when the ice cream truck comes by at 7pm and your 3 year old gets super excited...just to have the truck drive by. Then back up at the end of the street, then continue driving away....
