HistoryI started selling residential real estate my early 20's. I managed several residential offices in the late 60's and 70's. I started working with small commercial and apartment properties and small business sales in the early 1980's. I worked for a very experienced commercial broker named Bob Seidelhuber for 10 years. A great experience. I got my brokers license in 1991 In 1993 I ran across an old friend who had just started Classic Properties. I joined him there in 1993, but his health was not the best so I bought the company in 1994. I'd had the opportunity to work on some commercial transactions with Ken Kremen in the late 80's & early 90's.. I was impressed with his knowledge and ethics & asked him to join me in 1994. Our long term success has come from taking on only what we can handle effectively which insures our buyers & sellers get full attention & the best service.
