Specialties
GeoTest offers a comprehensive suite of services to assist our clients with any of their project needs from design throughout construction completion. Our services are divided into 5 categories: Geotechnical: Our clients benefit from our extensive experience working with the unique soil, bedrock, and groundwater conditions in the region. Environmental: We strive to keep projects progressing by helping meet regulatory compliance if environmental issues or contaminated soils are encountered during design or construction. Construction Special Inspection: Ensuring critical project components are in accordance with plans, specifications, and code. Our team is comprised of registered WABO, ICC, ACI, AWS, and WSDOT WAQTC certified inspectors. Materials Testing & Laboratory: A2LA accredited and WABO registered laboratories which provide services for design and construction phases of projects. The Arlington laboratory is additionally accredited through AASHTO to R-18 standards, allowing us to provide testing on federally funded National Highway System projects. Building Science: The air, moisture, and thermal barriers of building enclosures are critical for protecting structures built in the Pacific Northwest climate. Our building services support regulatory compliance for building enclosures, as well as improving building performance and envelope durability.
