Specialties
The Floyd Norgaard Cultural Center, formerly known as the Stanwood Fraternal I.O.O.F. Public Hall, was built in 1902. This sturdy timber structure has survived many years and was restored in 2003 by the Stanwood Area Historical Society to host music, arts, cultural and family events, as it once did in the early part of the 20th century. The first floor is 2700 sq. ft. and seats 160 people, banquet style, or 200 people for a lecture, or 320 people for stand up events.
