The upstairs apartment consists of two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and bath. Sleeps five. The downstairs suite consists of bedroom, bath, picnic room, and parlor with six foot sofa. Can sleep three. Upstairs/Downstairs: everything mentioned, sleeps seven. Children over ten okay. No smoking or pets.
