Come here if you want a GREAT stairs workout! Seriously... this whole park consists of stairs, and lots of steps. Do a few laps and you'll get your workout for the day. The first 10 minutes or so...

Stairs are closed permanently ! I miss my walks tremendously . The beginning of the trail was through a beautiful forest and then you were able to locate stairs to the beach. Walking the shoreline...
