Zero stars. They will give you a parking ticket for $65 (plus a $1 "handling fee") for literally being in a spot before you even had the opportunity to pay.

Most competitive price in the area. But if you are 5 minutes late, for any reason, be prepared to receive a $68 ticket. You can't just pay for an extra hr.
