Faban Point Residence: An impressive landscape design by Bruce Hinckley completes this contemporary residence. A two-level, lighted water feature crosses the property and runs the full length of the house. The lower courtyard is designed as a private oasis for the family, containing a raised lawn and is surrounded by shore pine trees and honey locusts.

The Alana Residence encompasses 4000 sq. ft. of exposed structural steel, architectural concrete and glass walls.

Equinox Apartments: The 204 residential units feature large windows, custom cabinetry, hardwood floors and high-end appliances.

The Flemish-style restaurant also features a suspended elliptical mezzanine constructed out of C-channel and laminated 2x4s.
