The dress I ended up getting, that was not the one I wanted.

All of the dresses there were very nice and pretty, but mistakes that lose customers is really bad for business.

The dress I loved and wanted, that got sold because they put the wrong one on hold.

This dress is the reason I won't come back, they but this one on hold instead of the one I asked for which made me lose my dress.
