We started in July 2015

Specialties

We are a locally owned, Neapolitan style wood-fired pizzeria. We operate a mobile food truck for weddings, events, and corporate lunches, as well as a brick and mortar location in our hometown of Enumclaw. Cooked at 750 degrees, our pizza is the perfect blend of old-world Italian craft with high quality American toppings.
