For over 20 years I worked in the title insurance business as a title officer closing real estate transactions. Working with builders, loan officers, attorneys, lenders and real estate agents, I reconciled title problems so properties could be bought, sold or refinanced. This extensive experience sets me apart from most others in the mortgage industry, giving me invaluable insight and understanding of your transaction from start to finish. In January 1998, I transitioned into the lending side as a Mortgage Banker. Since then I have been a top producing loan officer, maintaining an impressive closing record.
