Bay city sausage was started in 1986 by a old German guy named otto. Ronda Strode purchased the business in 2000 and we still use all the old man's recipes. Plus a few new ones.

We make all our own sausages and jerkys. Smoked cheeses and smoked salmon. Basic anything smoked
