History
I founded Workforce Learning in 1997 after spending years climbing the corporate ladder. Stressed and burned out by sluggish organizational bureaucracy, I knew there had to be a better way to make a living while making a difference. The past 19 years of being a small business owner has taught me true pay for performance: if I meet or exceed my client's expectations, I get more work. If not, I don't. The fact that I am still growing my practice after 19 years shows I know what I am doing and can use my expertise to help my client solve business problems.
