Led by Pastor Pitts Evans, Whole Word Fellowship is a nondenominational Christian house of worship. Founded in Fairfax in 1967 as Church at Northern Virginia, it moved to its current location on Vale Road in 1969. Pastor Evans was baptized at as a child and has served as senior pastor since 2004. In 2011, the church changed its name to Whole Word Fellowship.
