Colonial Heights High School is a fully accredited school that has an enrollment of more than 850 students. The school is accredited by the State Board of Education and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, and is a member in good standing of the Virginia High School League. It has a mathematics wing and a technical center that offers child care, culinary arts, marketing education, manufacturing technology, auto mechanics, business and building trades. The school, located in Colonial Heights, Va., also features the senior prom held in late spring. The formal dance for seniors is followed by an after prom celebration sponsored by the parents and the community. The high school is affiliated with the Colonial Heights Public Schools that provides educational programs for more than 2,500 students.
