HistoryCircle of Life was conceived after two like minded guys met and shared their desire to help others to overcome trauma within their own lives. Setting out on a Spirtual quest together, the two quickly discovered they each were experianced in many forms of meditation natural health, and spirtual healing, happiness and mental wellness. The idea of using nature as a mind, body and spirtual journey to drive one to the path of healing wasnt a new concept, they knew. But is one they new all too well from their own experience could help to heal deep,mental and spirtual wounds. Today It is their passion to help make the world a better place for all who have traveled the roads of personal trauma and addiction.SpecialtiesCircle of Life works with its staff to help our clients to improve their lives. Using meditation, Yoga, Jutsu educational groups, retreats, art, kayaking, hiking, camping and music, our instructors and coachs work to help one increase self awareness, explore ones heart and using various forms of nature to heal the mind, body and spirt. Located in Yorktown, we meet at several locations within the full Hampton Roads area. Our class rooms, studios, therapy centers and retreat locations are all located outdoors so to better use nature for the healing process. Our teams consist of coaches who are experianced in all aspects of mind, body, and spirit healing.
