Leila Bradley, CES®
Leila has been a member of the Towne Family since 2010 and brings more than a decade of industry experience. Leila assists members in the successful completion of an IRC Section 1031 tax-deferred exchange, including coordinating with attorneys, preparing necessary exchange documentation, holding and protecting exchange proceeds, and providing guidance, information, and timelines through the entire 1031 exchange process. In June 2023, Leila earned her designation as a Certified Exchange Specialist® (CES®), which is a voluntary certification offered through the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA) and designed specifically for 1031 tax deferred exchange professionals. Leila received her BS in Occupational and Technical Studies from Old Dominion University. She is also a graduate of the Chamber of Commerce's LEAD Hampton Roads program and the TowneBank Leadership Exploration and Development Program. Active in her community, Leila serves as Vice Chair for the Virginia Beach SPCA. She is also an Infinity Circle Member for CHKD. "I love helping our members successfully complete their 1031 exchange."
