Please don't listen to anybody that says this place is okay bc it's not. The county health department should shut it down. The water being shut-off, the bugs and pest control coming out is a joke....

By far... the worst place to live is here...The Jefferson. Sad. Sad. Sad. A. Bugs, cockroaches and BEDBUGS and flying pests in hallways ( new trash policy, leave out front your door for hours) B....

I can't even give this place a one star. My family lived here for ab 5 years bc they were struggling financially it's a horrible place. Rent is expensive I'm pretty sure u can pay the same amount...
