HistoryWhen the Doggy's Delight first launched, our first customer called us after their arrangements had fallen apart and they needed someone to provide in-home petsitting for their Schnauzer during a 12-day trip out of town. We met with the entire family and went over our business model and were hired!! We knew they took a big chance on us - letting Doggy's Delight into their home to care for their fur-baby, so we took lots of pictures and sent daily emails and text messages with updates. By the end of their vacation, we had established a rhythm and when we met to return the keys, the family insisted we keep them and that Doggy's Delight had a new customer. We don't have a cookie cutter approach to serving our customers and that philosophy has earned us a reputation of being trustworthy and collaborative in the care of family pets.
