Child Evangelism Fellowship
Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) is a Bible-centered organization founded in 1937 by Jesse Irvin Overholtzer. Composed of born-again believers, CEF's mission is to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, establish and disciple them in the Word of God, and encourage their involvement in a local church for Christian living. With ministries like Good News Club, 5-Day Club, Christian Youth In Action, and Gospel Face Painting, CEF aims to reach every child, every nation, every day, following the clear commission given by God to spread the Good News to all creatures. CEF of Northeast Tennessee, located in Johnson City, serves the communities of Carter, Johnson, Erwin, Greene, Washington, and Sullivan Counties. Their vision is to provide every child in the region with an opportunity to hear and respond to a clear presentation of the Gospel. Through their commitment to leading children to be in God's Word every day, CEF helps children develop a strong relationship with the Lord, fostering godly character and enabling them to spread the Gospel to their peers.Generated from the website
