This is a constant scene at the dumpster and honestly this isn't as bad as it has been before.

Garbage laying all over! This is the property managers job to ensure that the grounds are maintained, but she doesn't.

Someone come and put soliciting papers on everyone's doors. We live in a gated community so this doesn't happen.

The pool 3 days after it was officially opened. I had to file a maintenance request to get someone to clean it. It's closed now closed again
