The Bone is a family owned and operated quick-service restaurant aimed to set the benchmark of barbeque establishments in the region.

Specialties

We have brick and mortar locations in Gainesville and Manassas, VA. In 2015 we opened a concessions concept in the Verizon Center which led us to opening an additional location at Jiffy Lube Live in Bristow, VA. You can also find our food truck across Prince William County at local wineries, breweries, and private events. Have a special event or party with friends coming up? Everything was delicious. The beans, chicken, and brisket were exceptional. I had great company, and we took our time to enjoy everything. We could not eat all we ordered, so I took the rest home.
