The Navy Safe Harbor Foundation (NSHF) is a non-governmental 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Alexandria, VA. Established in 2009, NSHF works in partnership with the Navy Wounded Warrior (NWW) program to provide support and resources to wounded, ill, and injured Navy and Coast Guard Sailors, their families, and caregivers. NSHF offers non-medical assistance, including direct support for living expenses, adaptive athletics programs, and a caregiver reset program, with the aim of optimizing the recovery and rehabilitation of enrolled warriors.
