Mina's deep business savvy was home-grown -- literally -- thanks to her parents, who started Saint Germain Catering after moving to the states in 1978. Mina grew up in the kitchen, working alongside her family (which included the long-time kitchen staffers -- many of whom continue to shape the business today -- and earning the respect of those who ultimately promoted her to be president. Today, Mina's still running the business as she always has: throwing herself passionately into everything from customer service to kitchen oversight to delivery management and everything in between. But when she's not in the office, she's taking part in helping to advance veterinary science after being inspired by her dog Jack, who'd experienced illnesses as a young pup. She's established the non-profit organization Interventional Paws and takes an active role in connecting pet owners with the vital help they need for their beloved animals.
