The Russell County Medical Center is a 78-bed licensed facility that employs a work force of more than 300 staff members. It is certified as one of the American Heart Association's Get with the Guidelines facilities. The medical center offers a variety of services, such as behavioral health, cardiac, cardiopulmonary/respiratory, home health, hospice, inpatient and outpatient surgery, and occupational, physical and speech rehabilitation therapies. The Russell County Medical Center also operates a 24-hour emergency department, endoscopy laboratory, intensive cardiac care unit and various laboratories. Located in Lebanon, Va., it also offers a range of imaging services, such as CT scan, mammography, MRI, nuclear medicine and ultrasound.
