With my vast massage experience and use of various techniques, I am able to customize and tailor the session to provide the results you are seeking. My massage techniques range from relaxation to sports/ deep tissue massage. I have certification in Reflexology and Chinese Cupping, which are two ancient modalities that I have found to greatly help expedite the healing process. I spent twelve years of my career working in a chiropractic clinic seeing clients with a wide variety of orthopedic issues. I have also worked in a spa environment for four years. I received my training at the American Institute of Massage in Richmond, Virginia. I also received training at the Aveda Institute in Soho, New York, where I studied Esthiology/skin care and Ayurveda. Ayurveda is an ancient Indian healing tradition based on knowledge that treating the whole person leads to greater balance and well-being. I believe that using an integrated approach using various modalities is the most effective way to help you accomplish your health goals.
