Praised by Food & Wine magazine, Restaurant Eve is a divided into two parts: The Chef's Tasting Room and The Bistro. The tasting room offers 5- and 9-course menus, while The Bistro boasts dishes such as ribeye, king salmon and mackerel. The restaurant's wine list was also voted Food & Wine's "Best New Wine List 2005".
Inside the restaurant, floral pictures adorn the walls and the colors are warm and inviting, giving one the feel of a beautifully decorated dining room. There is also a lounge that offers a full bar, and will make you feel as if you're in a sunny garden 365 days a year.
Restaurant Eve was started by Cathal Armstrong, from Dublin, and his wife Michelle. Tasting Room food has been rated four stars by The Washington Post, and Armstong has been guests on The Martha Stewart Show, the CBS Early Show and more.
