Pollo ala Brasa, also known as the Peruvian chicken or Rotisserie chicken in the United States. Is a common dish of Peruvian cuisine and one of the most consumed in Peru. Back in the 1950s it was consumed by wealthy people but know is available for everyone in a typical plate of 1/4, 1/2, or a whole chicken with two sides like, Yuca, fries, salad, rice, beans, plantain, and many more sides.
