You can't drive through downtown Leesburg without noticing Mom's Apple Pie Bakery. The old brick building, once a gas station, is in a prominent location. The owners are farmers with 40 working acres of land in northern Virginia. They grow their own strawberries, blackberries, rhubarb, raspberries, asparagus, spinach and corn and use this produce in their pies and quiches. The bakery uses all natural flavors and never any preservatives. In addition to pies, they also sell cookies, breads, brownies, quiches, cupcakes, whoopie pies, many other baked goods and coffee.
