History runs deep here — from our original wood beams in our dining room dating back to 1834 to our long legacy of farm-focused, regional cuisine. Executive Chef Paul DiAmelo's menu is built around Virginia agriculture first and foremost, sourcing locally-grown produce and meat from best-practice purveyors and using ingredients from on-site hydroponic and aquaponic gardens to reinvent southern cuisine with a modern twist.
