Sweat Shop

Tucked away in a house, the Sweat Shop is more than it seems. Walking by the front, the Precor equipment is visible, but step inside to discover much more. Yoga is available at St. Paul's Church, and free weights and weight machines are located in a separate building behind the house. There are no initiation fees or long-term contracts, and complimentary training sessions are available to new members. Hand towels and changing rooms with lockers are provided. Discount memberships are available for families, EMS, police, military, seniors, students and teachers. Day rates are provided for visitors.

Fitness Club At Reston Town-Center

This is a complimentary fitness facility for Hyatt Regency guests. For all others, it is strictly a personal training facility, where clients need to purchase a certain number of personal training packages to work out with a trainer. There is a good selection of cardio equipment, free weights and a pool.
