HistoryChris has worked as a personal trainer since 1999. He got his start at a Fairfax, VA fitness club where he instructed in a one-on-one high intensity personal training facility, conducted client health assessments, recorded fitness improvement, instructed members in proper circuit weight training (high intensity training), and oversaw fellow fitness center employees. In 2001, Chris was the manager and head instructor at a Sterling, VA High Intensity Training (HIT) facility. He developed both the general and post-rehabilitative strength training programs, evaluated client health histories, conducted follow-up fitness assessments, communicated with and maintained the club's 275 clients, participated in the hiring and training of employees, and managed all facility administrative duties.
