Sully Plaza has just about everything including Gourmet Halal Meat Market. There is a butcher here, who has his own hours. But there is more than just meat here. You can find candies, grains and spices all imported from the Middle East. The market also sports a sandwich/kabob shop if you're not in the mood to take the meat home. There is even a lunch buffet from noon - 4pm. The staff is friendly and quite helpful.
