Jazzercise is a nationwide fitness and dance program with a location based in the Mount Vernon Hollin Hall Center. Jazzercise offers a complete fitness program that allows for clients to burn up to 600 calories in one 60-minute body workout. The center offers morning and evening classes and there are changing rooms available at the location. The center also offers monthly class plans, as well as individual class plans.
